Would this be a good buggy to race at L'ville? I mean I would be tradeing my jato 3.3 for it. Good trade or not? Thanks!!!

Where did you find this model? It's not on Ofna's website...
If you can swing it, I'd recommend a Losi 8ight RTR. I had an Ofna MBX about four years ago, and little about it seems to have changed since then. It wore out after about a gallon, and required constant maintenance to keep it going.

If I remember correctly, this was one of the Ready To Run models that they offered a couple of years back. It would probably be quite difficult to make this car competitive and parts would likely be hard to find, except on eBay or something.

Yea it was out in lets say mid 2005 and it would be quite easy to get parts for from towerhobbies. Plus it comes with a second roller. I think I am going to do the trade. Its very clean and almost new. Plus I want a buggy lol.

yeah it would be good because there hardley anymore 1/10th scale racers. So u made the right decision by going buggy but don't know about the brand.

Two for one? Go for it. Just don't expect much. BTW, I found information on that model here: www.nitrohouse.com

The LX is of the 9.5 family and very old school. In its day it was a good racer but now out dated. Good basher but not a very good racer comparison to the buggies now.

And the Savage did not do to bad to be BONE stock. I am working on getting my Savage back on the track but it is FAR from stock. Will still run my buggy most of the time but want to do some MT racing as well.

i run that buggy, i would sugguest you swap out the front end to the LX1 C-hubs,or the MBX pillow ball suspenstion the king pin knucles snap if you look at em wrong. the stock servos are really weak. overall, i don,t have much to complain about and i like it. The Hobby Shop in stockbridge has most of the parts in stock for it also, and they are selling there display car for 250.00 RTR
